Am I able to consolidate my game/platform accounts that are linked to different SEGA Accounts into one SEGA Account?

Unfortunately, once your platform/game account has been linked, you cannot link it to a different SEGA Account.
*This applies even if you delete the SEGA Account you originally linked to.
