If you are unable to receive your rewards, please check the following:

・An internet connection is required to receive rewards. Please launch the game while connected to the internet.
・Log in to your SEGA Account and confirm that both your Twitch account and the platform account receiving the rewards are linked.

If you are relinking the same accounts that were previously linked, the process should complete successfully.
